Return & Exchange Policy

At Threadly Wear, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, easy, and worry-free. If something doesn’t fit or you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily request an exchange or return within the allowed time period.


🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exchange is only applicable for size issues or defective items.

  • Please note that slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings and are not considered defects.

  • Delivery charges for exchanges will be paid by the customer (unless the item received is defective or wrong).


💸 Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method or as store credit (if preferred).

  • If a parcel is repeatedly refused upon delivery, your future orders may be temporarily restricted.
