At Threadly Wear, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, easy, and worry-free. If something doesn’t fit or you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily request an exchange or return within the allowed time period.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Exchange is only applicable for size issues or defective items.
Please note that slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings and are not considered defects.
Delivery charges for exchanges will be paid by the customer (unless the item received is defective or wrong).
Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method or as store credit (if preferred).
